I turn 20 in one month. my current height is 5'4. I know people reach their max height at around age 21 but is there any hope for me? :)

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

If your feet reach the floor, you're tall enough.
Randy Newman said short people got no reason to live, but that's because short people tend to be real pains to be around. They're like those itty bitty ankle-yapper toy dogs. It's so much nicer to be around dogs that are laid-back enough to sleep at your feet.
So work on being low-maintenance. If you stop obsessing over your height, that's a good first step.
No, you'll never be a Wilt Chamberlain, but horse racing is just as manly a sport as basketball; perhaps more so. And while I don't know of any jockeys claiming 20,000 girlfriends, most of them seem too busy getting laid to keep score.

Well mate what people don't understand that guys don't fully stop growing until the age of 25. So you still have 5 years well now I don't know how much it will be. You will not grow much probably an Inch at the most but that is if you continue eating healthy and working out and when I say working out I do not mean lifting weights.

From the age of 18 to 23 I grew from 6' 3" to 6'5 It is different for everyone, to put it simple my height increase 2% from 18-23
With growth comes pain, from 14-18 5' 5" to 6' 3" My left nee needed a brace on it for 1 year, I kept falling. Enjoy your low height my friend, I also hit my head a lot on things that were suddenly there....:)

Take a look at your family on both sides of the males. Are they shorter as well? You may or may not grow that much taller. Take a look who is the tallest in your family, is your father or uncle or grandfather tall? I am short as well. I am only 5'4" tall too. I wish I was taller as well, but I have stopped growing long ago. I am 34.
