HELP!! Does any one know what the code F8 means on a Jenn Air Convection Wall Oven? It won't stop beeping!
I need help. I was gone over the weekend and while I was gone, my roomate used the Jenn Air Convection Wall oven to cook and now it constantly displays a code F8 on the screen and locks the oven door. If I hit cancel, the ovens fan goes on for a few minutes and then it starts a loud beeping sound that will not stop. I need help!!

It depends on the model number of the oven. It could be a code for one of the following, run away temperature since she used the self clean it may have got too hot. It could be a stuck key pad, open senser or your electronic control may also be bad. Try turning the power off at the breaker for a few minutes it may clear out the code. also try this link http://www.appliance411.com/service/ If that fails call SEARS!!! Good Luck!!!

My oven was doing the exact same thing. Beep beep beep all through the night. There are two options- 1. Have 2 family members or friends pull out the oven. There should be a plug behind the oven. Have a small person or you go behind and pull it. DO BE CAREFUL YOU DONT GET SHOCKED. It should stop right away :) 2. Have a person stand by the oven. Go to your main breaker box and start flipping switches. The person will tell u when it turns off. It stops right after. Remember to turn the switch back on that u need!! Hope it helps! Worked for me!

I don't know if this is the same model as your stove, but another customer on this website said that they replaced the electronic display panel and it stopped but then did it again later on. You should contact customer service and see if this is true and what you can do to fix it.

Press cancel, then bake, enter a temperature, start, then cancel. This will reset the chip.
