What items would you want on a "sharing platter"?

I'm making a sharing platter for me and my hubby tonight, we have no dietary restrictions so all suggestions are welcome! So far I have got mini ribs in sweet chili sauce and potato wedges, and now I am all out of ideas! I don't have a deep fat fryer, so I am looking for things that can be oven cooked or shallow fried, or grilled.

    Onion Rings

    Garlic bread slices

    Chicken Goujons

    Chicken Wings

    Mini Sausages

    Mini Sausage rolls

    Mini cheese & Onion rolls

    Scampi in breadcrumbs

    Spring Rolls

    Samosas

    Onion Bahjis

Most of the above you can buy ready made and bake in the oven.

    Tortilla Chips

    Breadsticks

Lots of different dips like sour cream, salsa, sweet chilli, BBQ etc

    If you want to add a touch of healthiness;

    Carrot Sticks

    Celery Sticks

    Lettuce

You could make a dish of nachos to go with it; absolutely love this receipe:

Get one big 'sharer' bag of tortilla chips (Doritos are def the best, especially the cheesy ones)

Pile up in an oven-proof dish

Grate lots of mature cheddar all over, and mix up.

Dollop sour cream all over the top

Sprinkle with sliced jalepno peppers (come ready sliced in a jar)

Sprinkle the whole thing with lots of mozzarella.

Bake in a medium oven for 10-20 minutes until tortilla chips are slightly charred.

Serve up with gucamole and salsa on the side - yum!

In my humble opinion a platter isn't a platter wihout some chicken wings. Best recipe I know is:

    80mls soy sauce

    115g honey

    2 tablespoons of curry paste

2 tablespoons of walnut oil (or any nut oil)

Marinade for a while and cook in the oven.

    Yum!

Chicken wings, onion rings, garlic mushrooms. Tesco and Iceland do a good range and you just pop them in the oven.

It will NOT change his stats when he levels up. Yes, it is a good way to train a low level pokemon. Fight the highest level pokemon you can find with your 50+ and Growlithe will be levelling up there fast! However, once he gets up there in his level, you will want to start fighting with him to quicken it up. But save the Exp. Share, because you will probably use it again! And remember, it will NOT affect his stats in a bad way when he levels up, he will level up and evolve like normal.
