my answer would really be a question : how could anyone think that the issue is effectively being addressed when they been talking about it for years ( mainly bush ) and haven't been able to come out with a solution ??? . one day they say they want to make a wall next day everyone is told they don't approve of the money it would cost , then they start building it and next day they need to tear it down because they invaded Mexico , this has become a joke and those who think they will start arresting every undocumented and send it back to their countries should had already understood by now with all i mentioned that it will not happen , plus they need to start understanding the consequences of what they are asking for , here just an example :

RIVERSIDE, N.J., Sept. 25 — A little more than a year ago, the Township Committee in this faded factory town became the first municipality in New Jersey to enact legislation penalizing anyone who employed or rented to an illegal immigrant.

With the departure of so many people, the local economy suffered. Hair salons, restaurants and corner shops that catered to the immigrants saw business plummet; several closed. Once-boarded-up storefronts downtown were boarded up again.

Meanwhile, the town was hit with two lawsuits challenging the law. Legal bills began to pile up, straining the town’s already tight budget. Suddenly, many people — including some who originally favored the law — started having second thoughts.

So last week, the town rescinded the ordinance, joining a small but growing list of municipalities nationwide that have begun rethinking such laws as their legal and economic consequences have become clearer.

No, in three years less than 10 miles of the over 300 miles of fencing along the boarder is up. They should go back about 60 years and look at what took place then between the US and Mexican Governments dealing with the boarder crossings. There were far less problems and the US had an idea of where the people from Mexico were doing and located.

so which you're utilising your racists links lower back and NO! I do teach people daily on the authentic info of illegals and their risks, their illnesses and the quantity of funds our government is throwing away on those not worth invaders. There you circulate lower back with the roles lie. I certainly have carried out those jobs interior the previous and comprehend countless actual people who nonetheless do. there are countless blue collar workers interior the States that do each and each physique of those jobs. Calling them confusing workers would not help your argument as quickly as we see the actual info the two. and that i stumble on it a real unpatriotic insult to call the yank Legion racists. Why because of the fact those veterans who busted their a**es to guard yours do not trust permitting those disrespecting illegals invade our usa. Who might comprehend extra clever approximately such issues than a soldier who has seen what can ensue to a rustic while people like this invade.

No, I do not believe these issues are being effectively addressed, like many OTHER issues.

mild_irritant- There is a HUGE difference between illegal immigration and the Iraq WAR. We are not over there with the intention to LIVE there for one. Yes, somewhere along the line the purpose of the war has become muddled, but a WAR and IMMIGRATION are on totally different levels.

Congress is too busy filling its pockets with bribes. They have sold this country down the drain. I think that it's time to dump the tea!

No, take the troops out of Iraq and put them on that Mexican border.

I'd like to see a long period of no immigration like we used to do say 25 years.

I don't think that our congress could address a kindergarten class let alone a serious issue.

  • 1 decade ago

no i dont think so at all!!!! If they were then we wouldnt have all the problems with illegal imagration and those stupid protests of the mexican people. You know if your born in this country thats one thing, but when they illegally enter this country and then expect us to give them money out of our taxes and what not. If it keeps going the way it is then the next generation of americans won't have ss. and thats a bad thing that we should worry about.
