There are regional differences in pronunciation, Irish has 3 distinct dialects.
"maith" is pronounced "mah" in Munster, "my" in Ulster
"aon" is pronounced "ane" in Munster, "een" in Ulster
"mealltach" is "mal-tagh" *gh like "ch" in Scottish "loch"
"hit moh"
As far as I know there is no difference between the dialects for the last 2.
I can't say anything for certain about the Connaught and Connemara accents, not knowing any speakers from there.
I took the approximation to British English as guideline for the transscription.

I speak Irish but hard to explain the pronunciation.

Hossier Daddy says thit mo is pronounce as "it mor" that is not correct. Hossiser Daddy on his 360 page say he only
speak English. He American. So why do people post lies on this. At least be honest. Th is always pronunceed as a ch in
Irish. P.S Irish is compulsory at school here in Ireland
