I dont understand the question. If your trying to say that they make you pay money for they're cds so they can spread the gospel, then I dont agree.
The money they make from the cds is to help them get around so that they can spread the gospel. They're doing it for God.

Most Christian musicians donate their time, except for the top talents that can afford to record albums. It costs at least $100,000 to record an album, so it only seems logical they would want to be paid for their work.
That isn't "being paid to spread the gospel," however. That's being paid for working, just like others who have non-musical jobs.

Christian musicians spread the gospel, as do pastors and preachers. It is their full time work. Most of us work secular jobs that pay the bills. These ministers don't. And since they have to eat too, they get paid for their work.
I'm glad they provide the ministry they do and am happy to pay them for the work they do. And for those who might think they have it made and that ministry is easy...I can only say, try it sometime. I have been there and it's hard work......Blessings!

There is nothing wrong with being paid to do what you do. To really do it right, you have to invest a lot of time and money. So where does that money come from if you don't get paid? There is nothing wrong with making a living spreading the gospel.

Yes of course and many donate time and money to good causes too.
Songs such as "Christmas shoes" touch the heart and faith in places that sermons can't seem to get to.
I've generally stopped listening to secular music over the last 10 years... most of the secular stuff is ...sh** after you listen to music that is well made and the language and message isn't in the toilet.
Casting Crowns, Broken wings, New Song, Rebecca StJames etc. there are many good artists so don't waste your money on the trash!... oh and of course Todd Agnew is good too! :-)

I have never heard a decent Christian band. Seriously no offense. Give me some names, please.
