I'm 51 & I know what you're saying. I'm not sure when it started, it's not that I forget so much as I just don't think about it, unless asked. Age just isn't as big a deal to me as it once was, it's just a number. It seems like I remember things more based on how old my daughter was at the time this or that happened.

Hope your honey has a Happy Birthday!

I've done it the last few years actually. Trying to remember am

I 63 or 64 this last September, in fact. Once or twice I thought I was a year older and then I calculated and realized I'd spent an entire year thinking I was older than I was. When you don't get much recognition for birthdays when you get older, you tend to forget what age you are.

Thinking back to when I was growing up. I looked forward

to each passing year. Wanting to be grown up and getting

to do the things my parents did. I had dreams of doing so

many things. I guess everyone does at one time or another. But most of us settle for a good paying job, that maybe doesn't make us happy. But it pays the bills. How I envy the person who has it both ways.

On April 28, the Good Lord willing, I'll be twice as old as your darling. I've never forgotten my age, but I am always surprised when I look in the mirror and see that I look my age, even though I don't feel it!

you were only 23? I am 25 and I know exactly how old I am with no calculators. I am looking forward to the day when I will have to calculate it...It will mean I lived long and fruitful life!

I'll be 57 in Dec. Just like luvspbr2, I can recall what was going on in my life by the age of my son at the time. For instance, I moved when my son was 12,etc.

Age is just a number when you're young. When you get older, it's a new prescription!

I'm 65 and have never forgotten my age...now sometimes I have to calculate my youngest child's age - and that's because he was born in mid December and the soon to be changed year always messes me up! lol

I think I am 35, but I know I am 62. On a recent age test I took online I am 80.3. Must be these darn cigarettes.

old enough to know my limit but young enough to exceed it !!!

i don't think i will ever forget my own age - other people's yes

already have to do that with my own sisters - they are 5 and 7 years younger than me, but with when their birthday falls, sometimes i have to stop and think about it for a minute or two
