cat ready to have kittens?
I have a pregnant cat I took in, how can I tell when she will have her kittens. The hair around her nipples has fallen out.
I can also express milk from her nipples. How long after you can express milk will she go into labor.
i was told from the lady who didnt want her that this is her 3rd litter. she will be fixed after the kittens are weaned.

Every cat is different, she could go today, she could go next week. It would be nice if we had a definite answer for this. Most cats often start acting differently, meowing and pacing around the house, they usually will not accept food or water. Then of course, their water breaks just like humans... that's a big sign! :) Or you could have the cat that hides and has the kittens in one of your dresser drawers! You just can't really tell.

shell probably start looking around the house alot more and you will see less and less of her once she gets close to finding the spot. once she finds an area where she wants to have the kittens dont try to take her out of it, she may become stressed. her stomach will probabbly get rly fat ( depends on how many kittens) and shell start meowing alot and sometimes have pains.
