9 years old girls presents??

Question

we have two little girls 1 and 2 i have nephews that are 12 and 7! My problem is that for xmas we decided to split and adopt a kid with a friend and the girl is 9! She wrote down that she needed a coat so i got one from old navy but this is all she had on her list anyone have any idea what 9 yrs old girls like or are into i would like to get her more then a coat!

I have a 9 year old daughter and she's into Hanna Montana and she really wants an iPod (there are some as low as 30dlls.) Or you can get her a movie or a board game. My daughter likes Connect Four (at Wal-Mart for 10dlls) Since it's winter you can get her some warm comfy sweat pants and a sweater. At Ross or Marshall's you can get a whole outfit (2 pc) for about 15dlls. Good Luck, don't forget the card to tell her that you wish her the best. Happy Holidays

Judy Blume's Superfudge was my favorite book when I was nine.
My friend's 9 year old little girl loves any kind of craft thing. Beads and bead sets where she can make her own necklaces are her favorite.
She spends a lot of time with "make your own..." craft kits. You can find tons of varieties at Target. 
Socks aren't fun, but they are useful. 
Hairbrushes, barrettes, clips etc.
Barbies are good choices. Personally I don't like Bratz dolls, but a lot of little girls do.
Board games
A baby doll. In our family every girl got a new doll on Christmas day. When I was 9, I still loved baby dolls. 
A carebear or some other stuffed animal would be great, as well.
She'll probably be overly greatful for every gift she receives!

Maybe a hat and glove set to match the coat and a sweater for weather that isn't so cold.  Also, a craft set like bead sets that you can make necklaces and bracelets; I noticed girls this age like making things.  A cute notebook or some school supplies might be useful.  I would try to give things that would be both useful and fun.

I wouldn't get her WebKinz or a digital camera.
If she is on the adopt a child list, then she most likely doesn't have very much money. She probably doesn't have a computer to use these with.

You could get her an art kit, or jewelry. Maybe a purse?

They love clothes!  They love makeup and painting their nails.  Webkinz is really popular here for that age group.  She probably needs clothes if she only asked for a coat.  An inexpensive digital camera for kids would be great.  A small portable radio or something like that.  Not hard to please a nine year old who only wants a coat.  Bless her heart and yours.

You can never go wrong with jewelry.  It has longevity and there's always a special meaning behind it.  This is what I usually give as birthday gifts and during the holidays and they've always been a big hit!

If you could get her boots, books, stuffed animal, clothes, matching gloves and mittens, clothes in general,blanket, sweater, gift card to a store like target/walmart,etc.

my niece will be 9 in January and she only wants clothes.  if you know her size you could get clothes or shoes.  all kids like videos.  my boys (5 & 2) like to play card & board games.  i hope that helps.

Get her arts and crafts she can make all kinds of things like necklaces, jewlery boxes, pottery, etc. She would have fun making something she did herself.
