Who here sleepwalks?
Just wondering how many people here sleepwalk and if you do what is the strangest thing you have been told you did?
I have been known to sleepwalk my whole life.
My strangest story as told to me by my now husband goes like this
My husband woke up hearing the door handle rattle. When he made it to the livingroom he found me standing their in a tee shirt and my undies with a stuffed animal and his car keys in 1 hand and my cell phone in the other trying to get out the front door. He apparently scared me cause i started running around the living room like a mad woman knocking over our christmas tree, breaking a leg on our coffee table, knocking over plantstands and everything else in my way. he then tackled me on the couch and told me to go to be which i did.
I have also ate, drank, sang and watched tv in my sleep.

lol XD I have SO many times!!!! One time I woke up in shower with it running and I had my book in my hand [which fyi, is ruined now!] And one time I ate my dogs food and tried to make coffee lol [more but i gotta go to park] bye

I have never sleep walked, but I yell out in my sleep, and sometimes it wakes me up. It usually happens when I know I was having a dream. I have been having some weird dreams lately, and they aren't good dreams. I remember them for a little while, but then they go out of my head which I am glad.
They say certain meds can make you sleep walk, especially sleeping pills and it can be dangerous.
Your story is really interesting. Good thing you didn't get hurt.

yea i have lots and lots of times...... when was younger i went out side and a police picked me up............ sounds so not true but believe me it was cause i was screaming when the cop woke me up....... i will always remember that
but yea i did it a few months a ago. so say my friend.... lol
