The people who liked Bill Clinton still like him after that incident and still like Hillary and those who don't like him still don't like him after it, it's really not going to affect anything. The Clintons, both of them, can still be tried for other crimes they have committed (i.e., mysterious deaths, funnelling of questionable funds, etc...).
