limewire problems, im confused?
I recently deleted limewire from my computer and these annoying message won't go away. they say "limewire launcher error: limewire was unable to load the java runtime environment." any ideas how to get rid of this? and when i do delete anything limewire related, it comes right back? might be a virus? any suggestions please!

Go to start and then click on run. Once the box comes up type in msconfig and hit enter. Once that box opens up go to the startup tab, and look for the limewire entry on the list. Once you have found it simply uncheck it, and confirm the changes.
If there isn't a limewire entry or it doesn't work... well I have no idea what to do if that's the case.

did you just delete the file instead of uninstalling it? if that's the case do a full uninstall by going to your control panel>add./remove programs -look for limewire then hit on uninstall. good luck!

i in many situations only flow to locate (in the left hand backside nook), positioned it on a rewritable CD, then rip it from that burned CD onto my mp3. FrostWire is extra advantageous :) thank you for the respond sugar it grew to become into exceptionally lots precisely what i grew to become into thinking ;)
