It's wreaking havoc on my comp. after having deleted it. Anyway to completely erase all of its components from my computer? These "limewire launcher error" messages keep coming up...and I think it keeps uploading zip files every time i log on. I've done virus scans but nothing shows up? Any help would be appreciated greatly

I think I downloaded something from limewire, possibly a zip folder, that contained a virus. I'm noticing all of these DVD zips randomly uploading to my harddrive (about 5000 of them?) Where should I go from here to get to the source? thanks

I'm listening to a radio show on this meditation technique. You meditate (however it is you meditate) and repeat the word Hu much like Omm "Huuuuuu" on every exhale. Supposively it increases your vibrational field and affects your intuitive sense. Anyone familiar with this?

All of a sudden my computer is operating at a very slow level. My internet is fine, but I notice when I open any folder it takes an extraordinary amount of time...sometimes never opening the folder? I tried Defraging, but it was still going after about 12 hours? Are there any other steps I should take to up the performance? its only about 6 months old. Thanks

no audio output device is installed. this is the message im getting on my toolbar. anyone know what i should do to get sound back? under control settings it says "no installed drivers". im very confused as my sound was working a few days ago. thanks
