I haven't eaten any real food for about a week and am not hungry.?

Let me preface this by saying that I am not trying to loose weight, I just have not been hungry. Every once in a while I will grab a few chips, a pickle, anything really salty, but it's only like once a day. I am still drinking, still having bowel movement (don't understand how) and feel fine. Although I do take a prenatal vitamin every day as I have for nearly 7 years. Any ideas?

Get a check-up. Often conditions such as infection present first by loss of appetite, and especially with the spike in MRSA cases.
