Does anyone have a list of foods/candy that does NOT have any partially hydrogenated oil in it!?

It is so hard to find any food without this cancer-causing fat in it!

I do know these foods are partially hydrogenated oil-FREE:

-Oreos

-Reese's

But sadly, even Quaker has PHO in all their products! I would love any information on PHO-free foods! Thanks!

Anything that doesn't come from a box/on the shelf or packaged. Hydrogenation is used to extend shelf life.

Candies that don't use hydrogenation are mostly hard candies. However, its always good to check the labels to make sure.
