NFL vs. XFL which was really better?

Was the XFL prematurly killed because the NFL felt threatened and pulled strings with NBC to have them pull their support of the product subsequently causing it to fold without a TV outlet?

Update:

Geez, of course I'm not serious. I'm just trying to break up to monotany of another idiot asking a PATRIOTS/ COLTS questions.

nfl was clearly better. not even close. better talent, coaches, better everything. all the xfl could ever be is a minor league. how can u say that the nfl was threatened?? if the vince mcmahon was a really serious about the xfl he would have made the xfl a fall league like the nfl instead of a spring league. but he knew he couldn't go up against the nfl.

The difference between the NFL and the XFL is like difference between picking up a girl in Daytona Beach at Spring Break or stopping at a truck stop in the backwoods of Ketucky on your way there.

The XFL never got off the ground and was gone before we knew it. The NFL has stood for years, and is going as strong as ever. What do you think???

XFL was a joke from the start
