Oh, I think the people are well aware of the problems in this country & come election time a lot of them are going to be very surprised at who really gets elected! Not the ones leading the pack today, that's for sure! Having the most money doesn't make you the best candidate!

Because, these politicians are not maliciously passing laws to the detriment of the United States. They are passing laws to benefit their views and their political agenda, which mimics that of the voters that elected them.

Let's say that politicians get elected that support everything that you say in your question. Surely you realize that there are people that will disagree with those policies, and they will be posting question on Yahoo! Answers just like your question.

It is people like sway who are dragging this country down the drain.......because all they really care about is themseves and their wealth!With no regard to what is best for the country!

Yet if they were in another country and violence broke out they would be running(or calling) the embasy for protection!
