Well UR using Artic Silver.....Great job on that,,,,I truly trust it too.........
Second is the stock set (Heatsink And Fan assembly) that comes with the CPU..........Have heard of the stocks,,,especially INTEL not doing so great....
Here is what I have used and drops temps greatly along with Artic Silver.....

ATi HD 2900 XT is better. Use Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Sound Card.

i've never really been a fan of ddr3. i like ddr2. also, the case. the case you have looks pretty good, but you might want to consider an antec 900. its got 4x 120mm fans to circulate more air. the one you have currently is 2x 80mm and 2x 120mm
everything else seems to be in good order.

looks good to me. if you are runnin windows xp you only really need 1 gb or ram. 2 for vista
