I saw this on Montel once. You can use either tilapia or salmon. Heat a pan with about a tablespoon of butter. Than when its hot throw your fish on there you should hear a sizzle. Leave on that side for 5 minutes or til golden brown. Then throw a little salt so little you cant see it. Then some pepper. Pepper is actually good for you so put as much as youd like then squeeze a lemon on the fish. Turn it over for 5 minutes. And Voila! Nice healthy, fast fish recipe. Dosent get any better than that.

Here is a very easy recipe:

    Plain yogurt: small container

    1/4 cup shredded cheddar

    1/4 cup shredded Jack cheese

    1 tsp tarragon

    pinch of salt

    pinch of white pepper

Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Place fish on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Mix ingredients together and spread on fish. (maybe about 1 1/2 tbl.) Bake in oven for about 15 minutes. I have found that the best way to check to see if fish is done is by using an instant read digital thermometer. When it reads 145 F in the thickest part of the fish, it is done.

Got a flounder or talapia idea. Costco has great deals on these.

Step 1: Wrap fish fillets around rectangles of swiss or Jarlsberg cheese. (makes them almost look like stuffed shells)

Step 2: Stick them in an oven pan and sprinkle salt pepper paprika thyme chives or anything else you personally like on fish on them.

Step 3: Bake them at whatever temp you're supposed to bake fish at until the fish is cooked and the cheese is meltey.

Step 4: Take em out and eat em.

    The end.

This is a very simple Baked Tilapia recipe:

    Ingredients

    3 teaspoons of butter

    4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets

1/4 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning

    1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt

    1 lemon

1 package of frozen cauliflower with broccoli and red pepper

    Salt

    Pepper

Start by preheating the oven to 375° F.

Grease a 9x13 inches baking dish using some of the butter.

Place the tilapia fillets in the baking dish and dot them with the rest of the butter.

Pour the Old Bay Seasoning and the garlic salt over the tilapia fillets.

    Slice the lemon.

Position one or two slices of lemon on each tilapia fillet.

Place the frozen cauliflower, broccoli and red pepper around the tilapia fillets and season with some salt and pepper.

Cover the baking dish and bake it in the oven during 25-30 minutes.

The Easy Baked Tilapia is ready when you can easily flake the tilapia with a fork, and the cauliflower, broccoli and red pepper feel tender.

I just love baked fish. I put my fish in a baking pan, spread a thin layer of mayo over it, top with buttered bread crumbs, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.Bake at 350 till fish is done.

Serve with lemon wedges. I have to have broccoli and mashed potatoes on the side.

Mayo sound icky but it's just for moistness, you can't taste it.

Good and simple . Use butter as your frying element. Bring it slowly up to frying temp ( short of smoking ) .Dredge the fish in plain flour which you season with salt and pepper.Place in the heated frying pan and fry about five minutes on each side under medium heat. You do not want to overcook.
