Bed bugs... vacuum or replace your mattress and bedding. I'm almost certain that bedbugs are what you are encountering. I had the same problem not long ago.
These suckers are active at night, are attracted to warmth, and carbon dioxide. I'm pretty sure they're living in your mattress or other bedding, since you said your room is pretty clean.

Good luck, and I hope this helps.

sometimes i get those.. not sure what they are but maybe you just need to vaccum. dust mites under the carpet?? usually if i vaccuum twice a week i stop getting bites. Leave your window open so its cold and (just tossing out ideas here) spray on those types of products you use for camping so the bugs wont bite you.

Clean your room. the bugs will go away. If that doesn't work, call pest control.
