Am I Crazy? God please gimmie a Oklahoma - Oregon Bowl.?
I am an Oklahoma fan. I certainly don't want to get into a conference battle royal here, but at this point I think I would prefer to see OU get set up to play Oregon in a bowl. The heck with the National Championship, I want a little revenge.
Yeah I know it won't happen, but I can dream.

* You guys are right... either LSU or Oregon. hehe.... but who would wanna see Oregon and LSU? Least with OU in the mix there is something to build up to.

You're not crazy. BUT. As you know the human polls figure huge in the BCS. For whatever reason there just isn't that much buzz anymore around Oklahoma. I think we'll see Oklahoma and West Virginia in the Fiesta Bowl.

The chances are 50-50 that it will happen. I think that Oregon will out which is that part of the deal. In my view, LSU will most likely lose in the SEC Championship game. So that leaves the winner of the KU-Mizzou-Oklahoma round robin. so, your dream might happen.

We can't hold the bad calls against Oregon...the Refs made the calls, not Oregon. But I understand the desire to beat them just the same.
Aside from what happened last year, I think an OU/UO game would be great.

All the If's and's and but's. Makes it all interesting,,, doesn't it?
Ok,, what if Oklahoma wins out big time... blows everyone away,,, and so does LSU, and Oregon stumbles.. rematch of NC game of 2003 ... If LSU Stumbles.. Oklahoma wins out.. and Oregon wins out.. You will have your rematch. But if LSU wins out.. Oklahoma or Kansas wins out... Oregon wins out... We still all have an argument,,,, and a big BCS mess.

I agree. Oklahoma already has more National Championships than one museum can house. I want revenge against those that cheated us! We would jack them up bad!!!!
Source(s): LSU has already stumbled and should have lost 3-4 games already. The Big-12 has three of the five best teams. The Big-12 winner MUST play in the Championship game. - Anonymous1 decade ago
Imagine the storylines surrounding that game shoudl it happen.
It could happen if LSU stumbles and both teams win out (Which I hope DOES NOT happen).

I just want the Sooners in, period.
They just need to get the job done from here on out.
No more struggling on the road.
