Its his own fault.Cuz God told them not to eat from the fruit.Adam knew not to eat from the fruit but he ate the apple just like Eve

Adam is responsible for his own actions, and Adam knew that he was primarily responsible for the sin that both he and Eve commited.
That primary responsibility is also the main reason that ... in the authentic Judeo-Christian faith ... men have always exclusively acted as priests ... all the way back to Adam.

I think everyone is accountable for their actions. Although the actions of Adam and Eve did bring about supposed negative consequences, I think it was essential to our progression as children of God. They brought about good things like knowing the difference between good and evil and the ability to have children. I am not saying that they didn't do anything wrong; they did go against God's commandment and they were cut off from His presence because of it.

As a Reform Mormon, I believe that Eve is a hero for first eating the Fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. Unless Adam and Eve ate the fruit of knowledge, their eyes would never have been opened, they would have had no awareness of their relationship to the physical world (their nakedness, their mortality) and they would not have started thinking for themselves in terms of good and evil. In short, they would never have been fully human.
Look carefully over the Garden of Eden story in Genesis. The word "sin" appears no where in it; the words "fall"or "fallen" appear no where. The serpent is NOT WHERE indentified as the devil or as evil. The serpent doesn even lie to Eve. He says she won't die if she eats the fruit; she doesn't. He says her eyes will be open as she will be as gods, knowing good from evil. After she eats the fruit, the Lord says, "Behold the man has become as one of us, knowing good from evil."
Eating the Fruit of Knowledge was not a sin or a curse; it was part of our ancestors progress toward becoming more fully human--and more like God.

Both. Eve bears responsibility for coercing him, for influencing him to eat the fruit. But Adam is still fully responsible for his own actions, and bears the full blame for them. Eve is responsible for causing Adam to stumble, and Adam is responsible for stumbling.

It was his own fault. Eve was deceived, but Adam knew full well that the fruit was forbidden.

Adam is to blame for his own choice. He should have stuck with God's Plan A, and taken the goat.

Eve was just dumb...Adam was seduced...Eve was probly wearing a low cut leaf....the serpant is to blame and is at the root of the problem.

well....if the forbidden fruit looked the same as all the other fruit.......then i guess eve is at fault....if the fruit was obviously different and Adam knew it was the forbidden kind.......then it would be Adam's fault........but we shouldn't look at it as a fault......for that defining moment made us JUST LIKE GOD.....according to the bible anyway

It's his own fault for not controlling Eve.
