I'm a travel agent and my friend is a graphic designer, we both would like to move and work in Canada or US, we are Moroccan, and speak english fluently.

In canada you generally would need to be in canada to get an interview. If you want to emigrate to canada, you can do so as a skilled worker, but the processing can take up to 2 or 3 years.
Otherwise, check out the below job sites which are Canada only. For Workopolis you do have to register, but it is free.
Craigslist for Canada is also good idea. Decide which city or province you might like to settle in.
