What is better for Northwest Flight attendants?

Should Northwest start re-training their attendants in customer service or should we just shoot them all and put them out of their misery. (and jobs)

Update:

Yes, Isaac.. that is EXACTLY the flight I just took.. Northest to Tokyo and then the change to Asian attendants from Tokyo to Seoul. ...AMEN!

NW attendants should all be flown on Singapore Air one time. they wouldn't even comprehend it.

Unfortunately, a lot of senior flight attendants (on any airline) are quite bitter these days. They have given up, and lost a lot. Less pay, more work, longer days...and it's getting to them. Fortunately, a lot of airlines are hiring new flight attendants, as quite a few are retiring, or quitting. I believe us newer flight attendants have a way different outlook on things. It's new to us, and we don't know any different (as far as the pay, and really long days). We are happy to be where we are. I think on any airline, you are playing russian roulette when it comes to who you might get as your flight attendants. Some may be good, some maybe not so much. :( I always treat my passengers as if they are a guest coming into my home. Can I solve every problem onboard, no. But I do my best. A smile goes a long way, and so does a thank-you.

Want an amazing experience? Fly to Asia on Northwest. They change to regional (asian) flight attendants in Tokyo, and it's like a different world. They are customer focused and attentive. I'm not sure when NWA flight attendants copped an attitutude, but they sure have. These days they rush a beverage service, and then go hide in the galley for the remainder of the flight.

By the way, if you ever have the chance to fly Singapore Air, do it. Their coach class service is better than NWA's first class service. Amazing difference.

i paintings on the MIA airport and the various flight attendants i paintings with are bilingual...however on the other hand so is nearly everybody right here....however they customarily have a pair that most effective talk one language. i consider you will have to opt for it. its now not complicated...we're going to atleast now not over right here..
