My sister is stupid...???
Okay, my parents are always on my little sister's side. I participate in this church's youth group, and I have for over a year. So, all of the sudden, she has 'friends' that go there too, so she wants to go all the time, instead of the church she normally goes to. So, of course, she wants to go on all of the youth trips with us and everything. It won't be long until she goes all of the time. My parents don't see why I hate it so much. She acts sooo immature. They think it's "good for her to be making Christian friends", so they're suddenly on her side. It's so STUPID! She is too, she acts like she's 4 years old. We're going on a youth trip tomorrow, and so is she. It is so annoying! Don't my parents remember when they were younger with little siblings? When can they give me a break? I have 5 bros/sis, and this is the only thing I have to myself, and now it's leaving me. What do I do?

I have 8 brothers and sisters and i get no escape from them. Zip.
Yeah, siblings are annoying... but you just have to deal with what your dealt. That's the purpose of siblings. One day you might just grow up and you'll rely on this 'stupid' sister of yours to be one of your closest friends. Doubt it now, by the time you're done with school and your life has settled down... your family members are going to probably be the closest people to you.
I think you're confused with the word 'stupid' and 'immature'. Just because your sister goofs off and makes herself seem idiotic doesn't mean she's a stupid person, she just does it to catch attention. We ALL do it. Talking about thinking about before and how they felt, maybe you should think too. You were once younger and stupider.
Like i said, i know what it feels like. I have 3 younger sisters and they drive me absolutely insane. Sometimes the key is just to ignore them. I'm sure you're not going to have to hold your sisters hand throughout all day of church youth group.
And even if she did want to spend time with you and your buddies, take it as a compliment. Obviously she looks up to you guys and views you and your friends as some pretty cool people. If you're so bothered find some girls her age and introduce them to her.

Well actually by reading your question, I think you may be being the one who is a little immature. Your little sister obviously looks up to you as a role model, this is why she is copying you. Talk to your parents about how you are feeling and try to find somethink you enjoy doing and tell your parents that you would like to do it alone, we all need to have our own individual hobbies as this defines us as special.
Talk it over and I hope you get an idea.
