Yes ! I love trying new stuff. And I have to sniff it first. I must have been a dog in one of my past lives, LOL

When I lived in China I ate snake soup; it tastes just like fish but it is much longer in shape. Delicious.

One time I was eating in one of the little restaurants they have on the side walks. I saw an insect leg (big) on my soup; I took it out and continued to eat. I figured since everything is boiled I would not get sick. And I did not.

I even tried - and liked! - rotten eggs. They are green in color and very old. But they look like green Jell-o. The taste is very different. Not bad.

But when they served me baby birds (whole!!!!) I did not even touch it. I felt sorry for the poor things that will never have a chance to feel the wind running on their feathers they never had, sniff...

In Los Angeles, I ate intestines soup in a Vietnamese restaurant. Pretty good.

I would NEVER try raw oysters, they look disgusting.

I wish! I will if it gets to my plate, but usually the only time im ever able to try new foods is at restaraunts, so im inclined to order something i know i'll like, instead of taking a chance of having something yucky!

But when i do try i usually end up liking it, thats how i found i love lingonberry crepes, and country club samiches! Those are sooooo tasty, you should try them!

It depends on how it smells. I can usually tell if something will taste good or bad by how it smells.
