ok, i have a swim meat tomorow at 1pm, and i'd like to be well rested for once.

how can i be sure i fall asleep, and actualy get good sleep? and stay asleep.

btw, i read for about an hr b4 i go2bed...so i'll be reading till 10pm(its 830pm now)

haha, ya, this is an exapmle...

k so, like, i was in some kind of buffet(no idea where), and when i was getting fries(chips for the brits on here), and this weirdo tryed to put salt on them, when i pulled my plate away, this weirdo grabbed me and said something about how their fries anrt 'right' w/o salt..

ya, ok, fine, i told the weirdo, but HE WOUDNT LET GO OF ME. i ended up screaming and swearing and trying to get attention, and slapping the guy....yea, i was getting weird retortes which-i-will -not-put-here...an emploee was coming over, then i woke up.

wtf? noooo, nothin like that has happend, ever btw.

I'm not sure why(atall, or i woudnt ask) but for some reason while i was swimming, during an-about- 20sec-rest, i suddenly coudnt see. like, everything kinda filmed over in a skin-tone-ish color, and i coudnt see at all, eyes WERE OPEN btw.

Then, as quicly as that happend, it went away.

Should i be conserned? or was it more like too much water ON my goggles (not in, that stings alot).

Incase this helps, i was having a little trouble breathing...not too bad, but just enought to be annoying. probably out of breath more than anything elce

But anyway, for somereason, her pupils(the black part) are huge! much bigger than usual, even in good light.

She's been spening alot of time in dim light..under blankets, in the bacement, wherever its dim.

she's not any clumsier than usual, but i'm worried about her.

i have trouble trusting people. Alot of trouble. paticulary grown men,but im suspitious of every1.

I seriously need some way 2 get over it. One of my swim coaches is a grown man that just seems wrong to me. every1 likes him, he's always been nice, but I FEEL LIKE HE'S GONNA HURT ME. I know its paranoid b/c our ymca does things like backround checks b4 they let staff work with kids and if he was a murders or a petofile or something, they woudnt hire him.

I need help. Please.
