Lors du décès de mon cousin, j'ai reçu une somme en tant que bénéficiaire de son régime de pension. Mais je l'ai déposé dans le compte de successioh pour son fils - je n'ai pas gardé cet argent pour moi. Ce n'était pas imposable.

Maintenant, 20 ans plus tard, son ex-employeur veut me donner une somme en tant que bénéficiaire, et veut me l'imposer. J'étais également exécutrice testamentaire. Un comptable me dit d'invoquer le Code civil du Québec mais je ne sais pas ou le trouver sur internet.

Que me suggérez-vous?

J'habite aux USA et je ne veux pas me faire imposer un surplus pour de l'argent "gagné" au Canada - je veux remettre cet argent à l'héritier.

My husband had both knees done and his hips hurt, as well as his thigh muscles. Last year he had one side done, and same thing happened on that side but got better. This year, pain does not go away. He had physical therapy, even in the pool, to no avail. He had his last surgery back in September 2009.
