Why do women like drama so much?

Is sports not drama?

I know what you're getting at, but sports maniacs are just as much into the drama and gossip of athletes - complete strangers, essentially.

I think the love of "drama" applies to both sexes. It is maybe the way the genders react that has you feeling the way you do.

Soap operas is not necessary in my life.My step family gives me more than I want.As far as gossip,reality shows,and books..It spices up our dull and ordinary life.

Old habit-previously being in house with other female members and best form of cheapest recreations.

Because the obtain power through manipulation. Drama gives them practice.

Typically...men prefer dramatized action, women prefer dramatized interpersonal relationships -- both are forms of drama. Men gossip as much as women do; in fact they gossip most TO women. Women also gossip most to women.

Oh ! so You have not known that most women are Diva,and they are the extreme Drama Queens on the face of the earth,without them you guys life is boring..

Because we like excitement? I thought all humans do.

And I don't care for gossip and soap operas, FYI.

We all like drama. The difference between men and women is.. men like to see drama and women like to 'cause' drama.

They have a low tolerance for boredom and they HAVE to have something to whine about daily or their lives don't seem exciting or interesting to others (they think).

Some of it boils down to just being vain.

Obviously not talking about 100% of women.

Oh, and men don't?!!
