question about Disneyland tickets..PLEASE HELP?
so i want to buy Disneyland tickets. I live like 3 min away from the place and thought maybe my resident discount would help but the price is still 86 bucks which is quite expensive. and I'm looking for a cheaper 2 day hopper which my cousin gets from his work for 115. so I'm asking, are these prices good? or is there anywhere else i can get a 1day or 2 day hopper for cheaper? pls let me know a.s.a.p. thanks!
i am going to get the annual pass. I just moved here about 3 months ago. But i dont want to get it untill january. But this is just for one trip. Oh well, i'll keep looking! thanks everyone.

Disneyland, unlike other Theme Parks, does not need to discount their 1 & 2 day tickets. The discounts start at 3 days and above. So those are about the best price you are going to get unless they happen to be a member of the military. One other discount is their "salute to Firefighters", until February they are giving active firefighter personel a one time free admission to Disneyland, and up to 5 guests reduced admission of $56 for a 3-Day park hopper.
Now, since you live so close you actually qualify for the So Cal Annual Passport. The cheapest one starts at $129, with the next one at $169. They do have a lot of blockout dates, but one little known trick is that the blockout dates DO NOT apply the first day you use the pass. So you can go any day the first time, and if you can go at least 2-3 more times over the year you have paid for the pass.

OC's advise is good an right on the money. Stay away from ebay or craiglist you will just end up getting scammed. See if they are offering any discounts online but like OC said is 3 days and more where you start seeing savings. This is a busy time of year so I wouldnt expect any discounts, if you wait until after the first week in Jan you might see some discounts come out since things start to slow down a bit.

Try the Disney store. They used to have the cheapest tickets to Disneyworld so I would think it may be the same for Disneyland. If you live so close, why don't you consider getting an annual pass? You might have to bite the bullet now and pay more money but it will pay off during the course of the year if you go enough.

If I were you I would buy the tickets from Ebay and then while at the park buy a SoCal Annual Pass. All ya gotta do is pay the difference. This way next time you wanna go you won't have to pay. BTY, you are so lucky that you live so close. If you're bored one day you can use your AP (if you get one) and go to the park and then go back home. Lucky!!!
