NOt to do the work for the "antis", but, this story sickens me... Should we deport him?
Or, should he be "disappeared"? Let's hope if he makes it to Mexico los federales help him to go missing.
Blood in his room, and, he is running with his 16 year old pregnant girlfriend? WTF?
Bless the family of this poor girl.
If he was running with my pregnant teen daughter after killing another girl, he would be praying the police find him before I do.
SORRY!~ I read so many, and, I posted the link that I thought stated he was illegal from Mexico. here is one that does.

Defending murder suspects from Mexico is where i draw the line. You Pro's have really stooped to a new level with this one.

Amanda this really surprises me coming from you. I thought you knew better. ANYBODY who commits a crime like this should be punished and very hard too. As for the fact that he's an illegal immigrant, does it matter? Of course after he does his time he should be deported. What's the point though of this question. Are you trying to say American born don't commit crimes or not as bad? There's crime in every community. Crime unfortunately does not distinguish nationality, immigrant status, age, color etc.
Yes he was illegal, now the 9/11 terrorist were legal, so was the Virginia Tech shooter.
What about the guy who stayed with the 9 year old until he found some help for him, knowing that he was going to be deported as soon as anyone found them (as it should be). Does that mean they are all good and we should let them in? No
By the same token the case you mention does not mean they are all bad and we shouldn't let anyone in.

Mexico doesn't believe in the death penalty for one. Texas, however does. President Bush has decided to protect Mexican Internationals here regardless of legal status.
Now believers in God, whom they say is Just and Right with His form of punishments fitting the crime. According to His laws with this in mind. ALL murderers, rapists, kidnappers, and pedophiles are to be put to death. Which is why we have the death penalty in so many states. God, does not say that because they are an illegal or legal that they should be exempt from His laws. He says to forgive, but to also follow through with His laws. For in doing so, the world will be righted again and safer because ALL these things will cease to be among us. That said...
I think the guy should get the death penalty. Just as people like these two should also get the death penalty.

The flood became right into a tragic actuality, no longer purely a tale. God is likewise infinitely purely. yet he made a covenant with the international that He could nor smash it by using flood back - by using the rainbow. incredibly lots each and every way of existence has a super flood 'tale'.

I've been following this story. My heart goes out to the family. 2 things tho Amanda...1. It doesn't say he's illegal. Tho I wish we could deport ALL who commit this type of crime I don't think we can.
2. I'd rather have him in prison here. Let him become Bubba's girl.

I have no sympathy for this type of criminal, He should be tried and sentenced to death and executed in the states once he is convicted of his crimes.
The victim regardless of the life she lived, did not deserve to died. My sympathy to her family!
There is nothing proving or mentioned here that He was undocumented !

He should die slowly and in pain,no need to pay for his jail housing, deportation etc. I have no mercy for creatures like him. If someone did something like that to my baby, they better hope the police find them first.

Now the illegal aliens are killing American porn stars! That did it. America will not stand for this outrage. He should be tried, convicted, executed, and then his body should be deported to his home country.

I am sorry......this story is sickening and it proves to me that no race or country of people, or no relegion has a 100% perfect rating. There are the truely sick and evil amongst us all.
What is the problem is this guy can go from one country to the next....plea for awhile and have some sorry soul give him a break to do this over and over again.....to somebody else. Maybe even to your own child.
I am not joking when I say this.......you don't stand up for a criminal just because they are the same race as you. Being "English" is no more a guarentee than being Sweedish.. I am begging people to stop this please. ALL Mexicans aren't evil, neither are ALL Germans or ALL of anything. Pick your fights and choose them carefully,,,,,,please.

Maybe I am missing something, but where does it say he is deportable? I have not seen anything in regards to his legal status. Is he anymore despicable than the guys that just shot that football player or the couple in Phoenix who beat their 12 year old to death and lived with her body in the home for four days? You are pandering to racists for singling out a crime committed by a Hispanic.
Source(s): "Mireles, who had been in the United States legally, moved to El Dorado from Hays." This is a direct quote, he was not here illegally, I would like to say the antis have stooped to a new low but it is typical of racist behavior. - 1 decade ago
I think any illegal immigrant that commits a crime against an American citizens should serve time in a U.S. prison, then be deported back to his country of origin.
