360 messages not working?

One of my friends sent me (and a lot of his other friends) a JibJab video through a 360 message. Now my mail is messed up. As far as I can tell, everyone who he sent the message to is having the same problem. It is impossible to delete the video, and all messages prior to the video cannot be previewed or seen. I am receiving messages since the video, but they cannot be deleted either. Any suggestions?

You may have to wait for it to expire, although, I haven't noticed any of my old messages expiring.

BUT Y!360 transitioning to another social networking platform in early 2008. Read more about that here: http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 . They are no longer fixing bugs, so sadly they will not likely delete your message if you contact them. That would have been my first suggestion. You can always try anyway, but I'm telling you that it might be a lost cause.

I had a message I couldn't delete once, you can read more about what happened and what you can try to do here:

This really is tough and happened a bad time. If nothing works, it's probably best to cut off your message options from others and use Yahoo! Messenger to chat or something. OR exchange addresses and use regular Yahoo Mail. Both options require that you share your Yahoo ID, which would affect your security and privacy. Although, you can create a separate profile for use with Yahoo! Messenger on the same account. Or better yet, one extra e-mail address on your current account (recommended...you can switch your 360 to that alias instead).

    See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/members/basics/md... and http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/members/aliases/m...

    and

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/to... and

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/too... depending on what type of e-mail you have (original or beta).

I had this happen to me too.. about the only thing you can do since Yahoo is no longer doing much maintenance on the 360 is to allow the page to fill up with messages till you get to the next page in the mailbox and then you can use your mail again.. you have to wait for 120 days until yahoo deletes mail that is that old from your account automatically.. or you can always try to get them to help you by contacting the beta feedback option at the top of any of your 360 pages.
