Hmm... if she's pregnant fill it with stuff that she can use to pamper herself with! The farther into pregnancy you get the more uncomfortable you get, and then after the baby is born you don't really have much time to pamper yourself, so it works out great to do it before hand! Maybe some stuff for a relaxing bath, and then maybe a cheap massager for her neck or feet, or a book if she likes to read, or stuff for a manicure or something. Just try not to get a ton of bath stuff, cause the last month of the pregnancy most doctors suggest sticking to showers, so she wont be able to use it all in time if you get to much. Opps I just realized I'm signed in as my husband! Anyhow best of luck, and I've noticed that you can go to the dollar stores and get nice baskets, tissue paper, and even basket bags and ribbon, so it will all look super nice, and then you can spend more money filling it with stuff!

Source(s): I do gift baskets every year... This year it's going to be homemade bread, jam, cookies, fudge, and a cup with hot chocolate mix, and a reindeer candy cane made by my daughter, and then she is also making Christmas ornaments that will double as the gift tag to tie on the baskets... she's 6, so it makes it extra cute!

If she is pregnant - buy her things to pamper herself. You can check online for her area and see if there is a Spa that you can buy a gift certificate for. Or perhaps some snuggly slippers and a Robe, or even just bath things and candles so she can have a few relaxing baths.

Be sure to include a "gift certificate" for a free evening out with the hubby when the baby is born - if you can make it up and babysit about a month or so after the baby comes.

From one aunt to another - it is a great experience!! Congrats

Bubble-bath, some fancy fruit soaps (inexpensive), some candles (you can decorate them with paints and glitter and make them unique), a soft sponge, and a CD, (you can download a disk of your favourite music for her, and make and decorate a card to slip inside the clear cover), and a small framed photo of yourself.

You could put together a really thoughtful basket using any or all of these.

Hope this helps you out, and have a very merry Christmas.

you could get her something that will make her feel good during the pregnancy like coca butter lotion. but its not too early to giver her some baby stuff because its only 3 month... and it could be something little like a pacifier along with some towels, or shower gel. maybe a throw or a small candle. do you know her favorite snack? what a bout some Lind Chocolate bites... they're swiss and taste really good! you can get those at walmart. and have you thought about a little book... either for the baby or something sweet about babies... since you want it to be personal, you can mix it all up!

    good luck...

A basket of care; lotion, bath salts, some warm fuzzy slipper socks, hot tea, a new coffee mug, some yummy candy, and the book What to Expect the First Year along with a poem book about sisters.

    Herbal Tea & pretty mug.

    Fuzzy Slippers/ Sox.

    Bubble Bath.

    Lotion

Think of things that are comforting and calming. You should be able to get a number of the things, if not all, listed above for about $20.

Target has plastic popcorn boxes for $1.00 fill it with all kind of movie treats microwave popcorn, Jr MInts etc. and a coupon for a free movie rental like blockbuster. Once the baby comes her and her husband won't get out much and this could be a nice evening for them. My little sis did this for us last year and we had so much fun with it. I saw the popcorn boxes this year in Targets dollar section. You could get the treats at the dollar store.
