you can prove all theorums but i do not know how to prove this one

    c is equal to the SQUARE ROOT of a squared plus b squared.

    triangle: a=3

    b=4

    c=5

    c=the sq. root of (3 x 3) + (4 x 4)

    c=square root of (9) + (16)

    c= square root of 25

    c=5

    Where it says:

    remember, (c-a)(c+a)=a^2-a^2,it should say:

    (c-a)(c+a)=c^2-a^2

    And above that, it should say "The big side has length 2a."

    The second method of finding the area is called "Heron's formula"... google/ wikipedia it.

    it is a'squared plus b'squared= c'squared

    and that is how u find the hypotnuse
