What are you having for Christmas Lunch?

At my house we don't really have a christmas lunch but we have a christmas dinner... with turkey, stuffing, potatoes, squash... the works... As for drinks some of us have wine and others have cranberry juice and then there is water.

For Christmas dinner I'll be having turkey, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, carrots, sprouts etc - I cant wait!!

To drink I'll have wine with my dinner, then maybe a few Bacardi's and cokes at the night time.

am in the UK so we don't have thanksgiving , so its the only time of year i eat it

have roast potato's and Brussels sprouts with it

and

i like a glass of cold lager with it

It's just me and my hubby and his brother this year (YIPEEE!!!!) and my hubby is a fine dining chef, so lucky me! He said he is going to make beef wellington for main course and I was trying to think of a nice starter, maybe some pate with melba toast, for dessert it will be something chocolate, my husband is a serious chocoholic!
