Can an immigrant work in USA without a visa or social security number?

All he needs is his Mexican passport. His expired license can be used as ID. He won't be coming back for quite some time. At his interview he will be denied a visa and given a 10 year ban on returning. You are then going to have to file a waiver for his visa denial and the ban. No. If someone not from the US obtains employment without a visa, green card or SSN, that is illegal, both the person and the employer can be in big trouble.

no but as long as there is a demand from lazy americans that cant get up from the sofas to go mow their own lawn , and cook their own meals paint their house work on their own cars instead they watch reality shows if the americans lessen the demand and get to work problem solved

Legal immigrants will have an ID number that allows them to work. ILLEGAL alien criminals can't work here.
