Non carbohydrate wrap? I have diabetes and have to avoid bread?

and crackers and tortillas. But I would really like to find something in which I could wrap up my sprouts and chicken and cucumbers. Is there anything like this? Maybe made out of seaweed? (Please don't tell me I can have carbohydrates if I only eat a little - believe me, I know what will send my blood sugar sailing.)

and I have high cholesteral, so I try to avoid cheese. Also, I know that you can eat the taco or sandwich filling without the bread or tortilla.

Thanks a bunch!

I usually use lettuse. I'm on a low carb diet. It's abt the only thing I found that tastes good.

The taste and texture of Mama Lupe's Low Carb Tortillas are spot on. The starchy mouthfeel to Mama Lupe's tortillas will have you wondering how something so delicious could possibly be good for you. You can serve these low carb tortillas to company and no one would know the difference. Mama Lupe's are 60 calories per tortilla and three net grams of carbs, which give them a winning nutritional profile as well. The only drawback is that Mama Lupe's low carb tortillas don't come in a larger size. Even so, Mama Lupe's makes the best low carb tortilla on the market, so it might be worth wrapping up two smaller sandwiches instead of one large one.

I think I may give these a try.

Well nori wraps are what is used to wrap sushi rolls if that helps. I have some of them - they are made of seaweed and so they have a powerful ocean taste. I have a sugar problem as well - PCOS - so I have to watch the carbs. I do eat LaTortilla factory Low carb tortillas. They have 11g carbs, 8g fiber and no fat.
