    kegel exercices!! use the same muscle u use to stop urine in midflow, PC muscles. work them out, by clenching them for 10 secs, 10-15 sets, for however many times a day u want. this makes u able to control ejaculation, enhance your orgasm, and if u practice for a long time, even be able to have multiple orgasms without ejaculating. fyi, ejaculating and orgasm are 2 separate processes, they just occur at the same time so its assumed they r the same.

    Aphrodisiacs (Euracoma Longifolia)......my mother always used to tell me not to give my husband chicken because it was too heaty for a man and all he would want is sex lol....!!!!

    hi energy, low fat, hi protein, no sugar, or drugs or alcohol. no food one hour before swimming or sex, it's about the same thing.

    oh and nothing that gives you gas is best!

    juices enhance your libido :) but there's nothing you can eat to make you a better .. you know.
