Yes, they are compatable if they are willing to work at it. I know the Virgo is going to try and work at correcting or improving the Leo's shortcomings but, they should know when to back off as Leo's can take such behavior very personally. Leos are very well-rounded individuals and have a tendency to pick up on a lot of little skills that others do not normally pay any attention to (like little trivia wizzes.) The Virgo can benefit from this because Vergos have a tendency to be too focused upon long term goals and accomplishments.

Like any relationship, they will require work and an open mind. You take the good with the bad.

Srivy seems to be right on the money except the Leo/Virgo relationship that I know of the Leo seems to be the Multiple sign and the Virgo is the one that is more fixed. Other than this she is your best answer.
