I have looked for a long time for a program that helps you create comic books. Anyone know of anything close?

    Yep, I know just the thing. It's called Manga Studio. I personally haven't used it but I've heard good things about it.

    Also, you can always use an image editing program like Adobe Photoshop. I think that Manga Studio should be helpful though. Good luck!
