What is a special drink I can make for my son to celebrate New Years? He's on normal baby foods already- I just want something special that I can mix up for him!

confident...truly with the help of that age he shold in easy terms be having a bottle of formulation like 2-thrice an afternoon. LIke upon waking, nap, & bedtime. Then approximately each 2-3 hours the two a meal or snack. and could be applying a sippy cup to drink water, or juice. occasion: Breakfast(toddler cereal, cream of wheat, jar or mashed fruit etc) and if he oftentimes takes a early morning nap, then he could desire a bottle after breakfast, yet in easy terms supply him a million/2 the quantity you oftentimes could. Then approximately 2-3 hours later a snack ( graham crackers, yogurt, ritz crackers, dry cereal and to drink some juice diluted equivalent areas with water like 2 oz..water 2 oz..juice) Then around midday or a million = Lunch reckoning on his enamel ( what number he has) he could have an analogous foodstuff you eat. try gerber graduates food..my teenagers enjoyed them and that they are quickly & easy & healthy. with the help of now, he could desire to be in third degree toddler foodstuff & table foodstuff.( occasion) He could have baked poultry, mashed potatoes, and apple sauce... and a few water to drink. And an analogous for dinner. as quickly as he's off the formulation ( at a million 3 hundred and sixty 5 days) you will initiate giving him entire milk until eventually age 2 then change to a million%. wish this permits! stable success!

I assume you mean something for him to drink during New Year's Day as he'll be asleep during the evening on New Year's Eve.

My daughter's paediatrician strongly warns against giving babies anything except milk and water to drink. Fruit juice provides 'empty calories' as it fills him up on sugar and removes his hunger for milk and nutritious food. Soft drinks have lots of sugar and/or chemicals and have no nutritional value.

Please never give your baby any alcohol. Alcohol will cause a baby to fall into a very deep sleep, increasing the risk of SIDS. He will sleep for a shorter period than usual, so you'll be up with him sooner. Alcohol can also damage a baby's developing brain.

My 10 month old daughter had a bottle of formula at 630pm for her NYE drink and will have milk and water tomorrow. If you really want to make a special drink, mix a little pureed banana with a small amount of his regular milk (breast or formula) to make a smoothie. Bottles should only be for breastmilk and formula, so give the smoothie in a cup. If your baby is too young to drink out of a cup, he shouldn't be having the smoothie.

I hope you both enjoy your New Year! :)

Why not try and make him his own special punch with apple juice, water & some fruit floating in there... something he would normally drink but maybe in a special cup....
