Need info from Yogis?

I have recently been interested in yoga exercises because of my back pains. I bought yoga videos and have been doing some exercises at home. (I can only hope I have been doing them right.)

Recently, I noticed that I had been eating smaller portions of food. Today, I ate a lot of meat (it's New Year's Day) and I got sick in the bathroom. My sister told me that my yoga workout may have something to do with it. She said that most yogis are vegetarians because eating meat makes them feel heavy in the stomach.

Is she right?

    Please visit "www.swamiramdevyoga.com"

In case of eating non vegetarian problem should not arise. It is very correct that most of the yogis are vegetarian but non veg is not a factor but also please visit the above site where you can consult with Swami Ramdevji, the yoga guru in India.

  • I dont think its bout yoga. Ive been doing yoga for quit sometime but never experience this. I think its because you eating less and suddnly big meal next day, give your body a shock. Be more consistent.
