How do I find out what players have had the longest careers in baseball?
I know that Nolan Ryan had a 27 year/28 season career. So far that's the longest career I have run across without doing any serious digging. I would like to find out about 5-10 players with the longest MLB careers and the link to search out the information.

good question! i'd start with google and type in "baseball longevity" and see what pops up...that might give you access to a site with good info...and it might even give you related facts, like minnie minoso played in the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's (when he was really old) and i think the white sox wanted him to play in the 90's but baseball said no, because minnie was too old to swing a bat....anyway, good luck.
