My doctor did a nasal swab for MRSA and found e. coli in my nose, has anyone ever heard of this?

What does it mean and why is there no information on the internet? Thanks!

Sounds to me like you have been sniffin "Feces Pieces" lol..or actually you have been pickin your nose after you went poo, or touched something with poo on it...If you did not wash your hands, you can transfer poo from one location to another...Wash Wash Wash...and don't pick your nose anymore ;)

ecoli gets on our hands from various sources, it's been cultured from shopping cart handles to door knobs... people don't always wash after visiting the toilet, so the rest of us need to be careful by carrying and using hand sanitizer when we go into public places. But, at some point, you put hand to face or nose and you infect yourself... so, don't pick your nose, avoid touching your face at all without first washing your hands.

Ecoli comes from that stinky brown stuff . How you got it in your nose is beyond me . I don't believe that I want to know .

e.coli exists naturally. It only matters when it enters your blood system through ingestion or a wound.
