what size is the average liver.?
My husband drinks alot. He had a physical and the DR said his liver is enlarged 2 or 3 cm. Is 2 or 3 cm alot for a liver? What size are they to begin with?
while the Dr was feeling his abdoman, he said do you drink,. Hubby said yeah a bit.. I laughed and said ALOT! Dr said I can tell it is only enlarged about 2 or 3 cm. Hubby took that as he has ALOT of time...
and he WONT quit!

What's the difference, depends how big he is. If it's enlarged, it's getting or is cirrhotic. Cirrosis is about the end, but I quit in time abd it repaired over time.

If they noticed enlargement then he is in trouble. He needs to get treatment.
