You might be watching something that has a pregnant women or a family member that may or have a baby. It all really depends. I don't think your gonna get pregnant but it could just be your subconcience mind thinking about what you might want to be...a mom!

I'm no expert but it might mean be careful who you fall for cus the pregnant thing might mean that certain people won't care enough about you to make sure they don't pressure you and that doesn't JUST apply to sex but the whole relationship so be carefull but not completely shut
