I'm a registered republican and even I would not vote for McCain over Obama. McCain is just more of the same thing we have had for the last 8 years, I think it's time for something different.

i'm not interior the habbit of coming up predictions, yet i will talk survey archives: greater effective than 2/3rds of voters think of Bush has completed a foul interest engaging in the conflict in Iraq. just about 3/4ths of the voters think of the rustic is headed interior the incorrect direction. just about 2/3rds of the voters think of Democrats will do a greater effective interest. greater effective than 2 cases as many citizens think of the financial device is a better project than the conflict in Iraq, and approximately 2/3rds think of Democrats can take care of the financial device greater effective. Healthcare even outranks Iraq as a concern between voters by using quite much just about as great of a margin. in the mean time, McCain is fairly forward interior the polls (2%, and that's interior the margin of errors), however the sector hasn't been narrowed to 2 applicants yet, and the marketing campaign isn't even underway. greater voters think of they're worse off than they have been whilst Bush took workplace than than formerly he took workplace. The margin is greater than it became even in 1992 whilst Clinton all at once swept the election. in short, it is a protracted time formerly the election, yet ninety one% of Democrats won't evaluate vote casting for a Republican, Republicans are not too pleased with their own celebration and candidate, and quite much 2./3rds of independents want Democrats, so we will ought to work out how the campaing is going to be sure if adequate people carry their noses and vote for a republican whilst all the polls recommend they're loathe to attain this.

    Baffling.

If you're contemplating voting for McCain over Obama, I think you seriously need to evaluate why you're a registered Democrat in the first place.

I don't really know. I'd vote for Clinton first, then Edwards. It's going to be tough. If Obama was clearer in exactly how he's going to bring "hope" and "change" and show to me he has what it takes it would make my decision much easier. I am very skeptical of him and his campaign right now.
