Heartburn?

I'd never suffered from heartburn in my life until a few weeks ago. Now I get it almost every night around 8PM and lasts either until I go to bed or until I pop some rolaids or whatever. Anyone know what this could be caused from? My diet hasn't really changed, other than I'm eating less of the same stuff as before. Could that be it?

If the "less stuff" you're talking about is dairy and/or bread, then yea, that could be what's doing it. Those things can soak up stomach acid so you don't get heartburn.

If you tend to eat later in the night, or midnight snacks, it is possible that you developed heart burn. I would say to find out what it is, try eating light foods and working your way up over a few days. If you are recently eating spicy food then that could also cause it.
