The Candidates all promise Change, but they don't specify how!?
They say that the old way wasn't working and we need to change the system. For example offer healthcare to everyone. They never state specifically how. Like where the money is coming from to fund it, who will run it. How long it will take. What are predicted results upon doctors businesses and if they will force doctors to accept the coverage. They are worse then people who write horoscopes. I've checked their official campaign pages. Can anyone give me any details of what they plan?

When all the other candidates say change it's just a campaign slogan. Something they found effective for Obama and now they think they can get elected if they say change enough times.
Obama is the only person who has been talking about change in the way we govern and view politics from the very beginning of his campaign. Democrats, independents, republicans, first time voters and young voters in Iowa have already demonstrated that change has occurred. Old style politics very few people get involved and people vote strictly along party lines.
When he says change what he is talking about is making a departure from how we govern now. The way we govern now is lobbyists donate millions to a certain politicians campaign. Once elected that politician returns favors to the lobbyists. Halliburton donated to Bush's campaign and in return they got a multi billion dollar no bid contract to rebuild Iraq. Bush flew in Kenneth Lay's jet. In return Enron had the privelge of writing Bush's energy policy. Obama said we need an end to that. We start by not taking lobbyist money which is what Obama has done. So now he is not bought in paid for. Then you have to inspire people to vote and get involved. He's done that. Now he has set the ground work to push for healthcare that benefits everyone. With a vast majority now interested in politics, any legislators that prove to be road blocks to policy that benefits the masses will be ushered out of office. They will not be re elected. It's a slow process but we will start to actually get things done.
Obama understands that true power resides in the hands of the people NOT the lobbyists. Lobbyists are the very entity preventing positive change from happening.

Welcome to election season, my friend!!! You're saying the same thing that all the political commentaries are saying in the newspapers and on tv. Check out Lou Dobbs on CNN some time; he's the loudest critic I've heard all weekend. I am all for "change" myself, but in order to get a good explanation of HOW the candidates will effect chane you'll have to do a little reading. This is something I'm not even going to bother with until just before the conventions. It's easier to read for just the two or three candidates who haven't dropped out than to read up on all of them...

Nope. Have any of them said anything about the war we are in lately? Nope. They are sidestepping important issues. Remember, Bill Clinton promised change and he gave us NAFTA which lost a lot of jobs to other countries. Think before you vote people.

Most of do. However it is not exciting for the media. Therefore the media often don't report them. They like report their personalities, that seem to work better for the media.
