What is a good answer, during an interview, when they ask "Tell me something bad about yourself."???

I never know what to say and I dont want to say, "There's nothing bad about me." Just need a few good ideas!

Say you do something good too much. Like say "I care too much", or "I work too hard".

I think a good answer to this is something that could be both good and bad. Like:

    I'm a perfectionist

    or

    I work very quickly

Do you get the idea? Just be prepared to mention why this might be a bad quality but that you realize the potential for problems and that you know how to turn it around into something good.

Try: 'Yeah, I get easily irritated when I'm asked to think negatively about myself, but I'm working on it.'

Seriously though, think of a negative but turn it into a positive, such as 'I tend to pay too much attention to other people's problems, BUT I've learned to direct them to someone more appropriate to help them so I can meet my own deadlines.'

I usually say......"I set high goals for myself that are usually more than my employer is looking for, therefore, if I don't meet the target goal I've set, I come down harder on myself than employer would".
